These no-bake 10-minute Peanut Butter Oatmeal Energy Balls have few ingredients. They are perfect to bring to school, work, or enjoy at home.

10-Minute Peanut Butter Oatmeal Energy Balls
These easy, no-bake energy balls are made with simple ingredients that you can find in any local store. You'll need oatmeal, seeds, creamy peanut butter, dried figs or dates, and walnuts. Together, these ingredients create delicious, bite-sized snacks that boost my energy. I (Maja) love snacks, but I couldn't find a nutritious option that I liked in any store, so I decided to make my own. This recipe combines everything I enjoy, and they taste amazing—especially with a thin drizzle of melted chocolate for decoration and extra flavor.

Essential ingredients and substitutes

This recipe allows you to adjust the ingredients to your taste. Below, you can find more information about the ingredients used and possible substitutes.

Walnuts—Walnuts are a good addition, as they are full of healthy fats and flavor. Substitute with pecans, almonds, or hazelnuts.

Dried figs—We usually use dried figs as we often have them at home; however, feel free to use dates, too.

Peanut butter - choose your favorite creamy peanut butter, and then bring the balls together.

Almond milk - adds flavor. Substitute with water if you don't have it at home.

Oats and seeds - We used this O'Plant mixture in this recipe. However, you can use your own mixture of rolled oats, flaxseed meal, chia seeds, and cacao powder.
